  • Your marks will NOT be transferred to post-secondary institutions unless you complete the ELECTRONIC PSI SELECTION FORM. Be sure to read the instructions.
    • NOTE: YOU MUST USE YOUR LEGAL GIVEN NAME TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. You must also know your Provincial Education Number (PEN) to create your account. Check in student services if you don't know yours. The deadline for early admissions and applications through the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) is APRIL 30, 2011. All forms must be submitted by June 30, 2011. If you have questions, please see your counsellor.
